At Minster Windsurf Academy you can enjoy your favorite water activity like windsurfing, stand up paddleboarding or kayaking on hourly or daily basis without obligations to become a member.
Windsurfing Kit is available for you to hire if you are able to sail on your own accord. The equipment you hire will be dependant upon your ability. A regular log will be noted during your hire time.

Windsurfing Board and Rig Hire
Modern boards, sails, booms, masts and accessories. Refundable deposit required.

** To hire the Pro kit, you must have at least 2 years minimum sailing experience, be using foot straps & harness, and able to water start.
Paddleboard (SUP) and Kayak Hire
Modern inflatable paddleboards and sit on top kayaks. No deposit required.

Before any hire: You will be required to read, complete and sign relevant forms. All payments to be made prior to your hire. It is advised to wear Buoyancy aids by all persons during hire as long as suitable clothing and footwear. A wetsuit, (swimsuit underneath) shorts/t-shirts, tracksuits. In hot weather, please bring and use a high factor sunscreen and hat. Don’t forget to bring a towel. If the weather is foul, your hire may have to be cancelled. Please call if in any doubt. (We have a selection of buoyancy aids, wetsuits and shoes available.)
